- 1 / 5By Madison RaschThis is the SLOWEST Subway location in the West Michigan area. The drive-thru is normally extra slow. Today, March 22, I decided to go inside. When I first walked in, I was told to hold on. I waited patiently as the worker decided to prepare bread when there was already plenty made. Mind you, I am on a timed lunch and would like to get my sub and leave. She made 2 full trays of new bread and finally started my order. The next girl who came to do the second half of my sub was so slow. After putting each vegetable one by one on the sub, the mayo wouldn't come out. Finally, after banging it on the counter, a lot came out. She then preceded to talk with her coworkers about the cleaning process of the caps instead of just finishing my order. Upsetting that it takes my whole lunch time just to PREPARE one sub.October 28, 2016
